GMV Administradores is seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our real estate management team. **REQUIREMENTS:** · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in building administration or in-person customer service. · **Skills:** Proficiency in office tools (Excel at intermediate level), conflict resolution ability, and courteous interaction with residents. · **Availability:** Immediate. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · **Staff Supervision:** Monitor the performance of doormen, cleaning staff, and security personnel. · **Maintenance Management:** Coordinate technical visits by external vendors (elevators, water pumps, fire extinguishers, etc.). · **Resident Relations:** Channel complaints, inquiries, and requests from the Board of Owners. · **Administrative Oversight:** Perform administrative tasks as required during on-site visits to buildings. · **Inspection Rounds:** Conduct daily inspections of common areas to identify repair needs.
