Job Summary: We are seeking a Property Security Supervisor with experience in BASC audits and personnel leadership to manage security and emergency protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of security protocols A private security company is currently seeking a **PROPERTY SECURITY SUPERVISOR**, for its **LURÍN AND SAN ISIDRO BRANCHES**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * **Experience conducting BASC audits (mandatory)** * Technical or university education, or graduates from the Peruvian Armed Forces or National Police of Peru. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Property Security Supervisor or Coordinator * **Experience leading security agents.** * Proficiency in access control, patrols, and CCTV monitoring. * Availability to work in Lurín and San Isidro. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are days off) * Regular working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though on certain days, depending on operational needs, arrival may be one hour earlier. When duties are performed in San Isidro, working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, implement, and supervise property and emergency security protocols. * Coordinate and lead security personnel at warehouses and corporate offices (shifts, posts, and coverage). * Supervise access control for staff, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles. * Verify documentation, authorizations, delivery notes, and entry/exit permits. * Supervise and conduct internal and external security patrols. * Monitor security systems and CCTV (cameras, alarms, and controls). * Prevent theft, losses, unauthorized access, and unsafe acts. * Assess risks and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Coordinate actions with police, municipal security (Serenazgo), fire departments, or other authorities when necessary. * Coordinate with warehouse, office, and building administration. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on incidents, updates, and controls.
