Workshop personnel leadership, managing improvements. **Position Mission:** Ensure the quality, consistency, and conformity of color, yarns, and trims used in production through technical verification, testing execution, standard development, and maintenance of reliable records, guaranteeing that materials meet company and customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Read, review, and interpret technical specifications for garment construction according to customer requirements. * Compare counter-samples against technical specifications to identify discrepancies. * Audit garments according to technical specifications regarding measurements, appearance, button placement, and label positioning. * Conduct garment audits at externally assigned workshops as directed by the supervisor, aligned with the production season. * Monitor, review, and approve pre-production samples for each size of the style to be produced. * Record partial garment shipments to the office in the logbook, specifying quantities, style, color, and other relevant details. * Manage non-conformities, performing repair and finishing work (weaving, mending, and ironing). * Properly pack boxes containing audited garments for shipment to the office. * Accurately count audited garments and record them on audit sheets, including details such as quantities, sizes, styles, references, colors, and workshops. * Lead workshop personnel, managing improvement opportunities and strengths of each workshop.
