Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control and Assurance Specialist for a Health Center in Lima, advising the Site Resident Engineer on technical documentation and construction procedures. Experience in construction projects for buildings. **POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE SPECIALIST** A construction company requires a **Quality Control and Assurance Specialist** for the construction of a Health Center in the Lima region. The main responsibility of this position is to advise the Site Resident Engineer on interpreting the project’s technical documentation related to quality control and assurance during construction execution. Applicants must strictly meet the requirements and submit their documented CV. Those who do not meet the required Education, Training, and Experience qualifications must refrain from applying. **1) REQUIREMENTS:** **a) EDUCATION** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Registered and licensed to practice professionally. **b) TRAINING** * Postgraduate courses or studies related to quality control and assurance. * Postgraduate courses or studies related to Integrated Management System (IMS). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite. **c) EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years of certified experience as a **Quality Control and Assurance Specialist**, or under any other title clearly indicating expertise in this professional specialty, gained through supervision or execution of construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction, remodeling, improvement, renovation, or expansion projects for: Health facilities, office buildings, government buildings, hotels, universities or educational institutions, multi-family residential buildings, department stores (retails), shopping centers—whether public or private (Mandatory). **2) RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise the Site Resident Engineer on interpreting the project’s technical documentation regarding quality control and assurance during construction execution. * Advise the Site Resident Engineer on technical direction of the works concerning construction procedures for items and tasks falling under the scope of “Quality Control and Assurance”. * Advise the Site Resident Engineer on technical direction of the works concerning construction procedures for items and tasks falling under the scope of “Quality Control and Assurance”. **3) SKILLS** * Communication skills * Logical reasoning * Organization * Crisis and stress management * Proactivity **4) CONDITIONS** * Work location: Lima. * Tentative schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 7:30 am – 1:00 pm.
