Position Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation Specialist for infrastructure projects, with experience in supervision or construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized role in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation. 2. Extensive experience required in public and/or private infrastructure. 3. Participation in international airport projects. **Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation Specialist.** **Qualifications (CERTIFIED)** Civil Engineer or equivalent; also accepted are degrees in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports), or Aeronautical Engineering with specialization in Airports. (**DEGREE HOLDER AND LICENSED PROFESSIONAL)** **Experience (CERTIFIED)** (Experience is calculated from the date of degree completion) Minimum of ten (10\) years of professional experience. **Specific professional experience:** Minimum of two (02\) services, in each of which the candidate must have participated for at least eight (08\) months as a Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation/ Budgeting Specialist in public and/or private infrastructure projects, and must have served as a Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation/Budgeting Specialist in at least one supervision or construction project. The two (02\) services must have been performed at international airports within the last twenty-five (25\) years prior to submission of the proposal. The following titles are also considered valid equivalents to "Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Valuation Specialist": Engineer and/or Specialist and/or Supervisor and/or Head and/or Responsible, or any combination thereof, in/of: \- Costs and/or Budgeting and/or Valuation and/or Quantity Surveying and/or Work Settlements and/or Final Settlement. \- Engineering Office and/or Planning Office and/or \- Technical Engineering Office and/or \- Cost Control and/or Construction Control and/or \- Planning and/or Construction Programming Office. \- Quantity Surveying, costs, valuation, additional works, settlements, contract reporting and management, and/or \- Costs, valuation, and reporting. \- Other titles demonstrating performance of similar duties to this position. **Location:** Pisco. \*SUBMIT CV WITH POSITION TITLE IN THE SUBJECT LINE TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL: Workplace: On-site employment
