Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Construction Engineer with experience in industrial and mining projects (EPC/EPCM), focused on planning, execution, and monitoring, with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage on-site projects in industrial and mining sectors 2. Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of construction works 3. Supervise equipment, steel structures, and piping We are looking for a Resident Construction Engineer with experience in the industrial and mining sectors, particularly in EPC and EPCM projects, as well as collaboration with engineering firms. Specialized in project planning, execution, and monitoring according to PMBOK and in continuous improvement. **Professional Profile** · Licensed Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer · Minimum 08 years of work experience as a Resident Construction Engineer (projects) · Experience supervising fabrication of steel structures · Experience assembling steel structures (desirable) · Experience assembling components using cranes and performing high-risk tasks (work at height, hot work, load lifting) · Valid driver's license category A1 or higher · Experience assembling piping systems and installing supports · Experience assembling mechanical equipment and structures (desirable) · Experience supervising engineering activities and reviewing drawings. **Knowledge:** · Technical regulations applicable to engineering projects · Quality management in construction works and construction processes · General knowledge of construction processes (desirable) · Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) · Contract management and administration · Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology · Proficiency in MS Project (desirable) · Proficiency in AutoCAD (desirable) **Responsibilities:** · On-site project management. · Schedule control, progress curves, and weekly reporting. · Coordination of progress, daily reports, and issuance of heat maps · Supervision of on-site construction activities. · Management of site resources and planning. · Supervision activities at the Callao construction site. **About the Position:** · Initial phase: Office located in Surco (coordination meetings). · Execution phase: Construction site located in Callao. · IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY * **Send: Documented CV to j.llave@americorpsac.com** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
