Excellent working environment. **SITE SUPERVISOR – ARCHITECT \| RETAIL AND DESIGN PROJECTS** Job Description We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor Architect to lead implementation, renovation, and fit-out projects for commercial (retail) premises, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards. Requirements * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer, registered and authorized to practice. * Minimum three (03\) years of experience in roles such as Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar positions. * Demonstrable participation in at least one (01\) similar project within the past five (05\) years. * Experience in retail projects, corporate offices, renovations, or commercial fit-outs. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of quantity surveying, valuations, and cost control. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Availability to conduct site visits and occasional travel. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of assigned projects. * Monitor adherence to schedules, budgets, and construction quality. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and operational staff. * Supervise proper on-site execution of works. * Review and cross-check architectural and specialty drawings. * Manage material, equipment, and resource requirements for execution. * Prepare progress reports, valuations, and site reports. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Propose technical solutions to address on-site incidents or modifications. * Guarantee proper project handover in accordance with technical specifications and client requirements.
