Leads and supervises the team, fostering a positive work environment. **HOUSING PROJECT RESIDENT \– Real Estate** ======================================================= Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **HOUSING PROJECT RESIDENT \– Real Estate** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Assumes responsibility for daily operations at the construction site. Represents the Construction Manager on-site. Ensures construction completion in accordance with project technical specifications, health, safety and environmental requirements, quality plan, and construction schedule. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Understands and communicates the scope of work to the rest of the team, and defines procedures to formalize scope changes. * Coordinates development of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). * Coordinates with frontline supervisors regarding resource allocation and monitors timely arrivals at the site. * Reviews, establishes, and supervises implementation of corrective actions to align with the initially forecasted budget. * Leads and reviews documentation for deadline extension requests and change orders, in coordination with the Technical Office. Tracks identification of hazards and risk assessment for the project, as well as environmental aspect and impact assessments. * Maintains a positive work environment on the project to help make our company the best place to work in the sector. * Prepares personnel deployment schedules under supervision, including vacation planning, rotation schedules, etc. **Requirements** -------------- * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Master’s degree in Housing Project Management and Construction. * Minimum four years of experience in this role. * Experience in real estate projects (multi-family housing projects). * Knowledge of VDC and contract administration, scheduling, and cost management. * Availability to work in Lima.
