In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Adhere to procedures while performing duties during your work shift. * Coordinate and carry out sampling and sample preparation activities under the supervision of the Senior Sampler. * Sample copper and molybdenum shipments according to established quality standards in work procedures. * Collect pulp samples from plant samplers. * Prepare geological samples, complying with procedures and quality assurance and control measures established at each stage of the process. * Perform plant sample preparation tasks (Cu and Mo), complying with procedures and quality assurance and control measures established at each stage of the process. * Conduct moisture assays on copper and molybdenum shipment samples; results have significant implications for operational decisions. * Assist the Senior Sampler in executing equipment controls to ensure proper equipment functionality. * Maintain order and cleanliness of materials and operational areas. * Comply with the company’s environmental, safety, and quality policies. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering; Metallurgical/Chemical Technician. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of regulations: ISO 17025; ISO 12743; ISO 10251; ISO 11794\. * Valid driver’s license A1 (minimum two years’ validity) or A2B. * Availability to work under an 8X8 schedule\. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate agreements.
