Our client, a leading Peruvian company specializing in financial consulting services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Senior Financial Analyst**. What are the main responsibilities? * Lead the collection, management, and analysis of financial information; document and prepare reports; analyze trends; and evaluate company performance. * Monitor trends affecting the company’s financial condition and plan new strategies. * Estimate costs and profits to forecast achievement of established objectives. * Periodically evaluate financial procedures and provide corresponding recommendations or suggest potential improvements. * Review documentation related to financial forecasts and the company’s financial status. * Analyze and project commercial trends, financial statements, budgets, and cash flows. * Prepare financial reports and management dashboards. * Identify opportunities for improvement in financial and operational management. * Participate in financial projects. * Provide technical and analytical support to management. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and best practices. What are we looking for? * Professionals with degrees in Economics and Finance, Economic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in financial management. * Postgraduate specialization in Finance is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and other financial management software. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions. * Leadership skills, service orientation, dynamism, organization, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.
