The intern will participate in real-world projects, implementing Google search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and supporting Google Ads campaigns, with emphasis on measurable results and professional growth. **Responsibilities** * Conduct technical SEO audits (indexing, crawling, and performance) * Improve visibility and search engine rankings * Optimize web content and structure (on-page SEO) * Keyword research * Support Google Ads campaigns * Analyze metrics (traffic, CTR, conversions) * Implement tracking (Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager) **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing * Knowledge of SEO (indexing, keywords, website structure) * Proficiency with tools: * Google Search Console * Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Google Tag Manager (GTM) * Microsoft Clarity * Basic knowledge of Google Ads * Analytical ability * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Submit CV \+ portfolio of completed work **Employment Conditions** * Salary: Market-competitive minimum wage * Work mode: On-site (office in Comas, Lima) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM * Position type: Full-time internship * Initial duration: 3 months **Benefits** * Pleasant goal-oriented work environment * Access to professional tools * Internship completion certificate * Opportunity for career progression within the company **Important:** Upon completion of the initial 3 months, the intern’s performance will be evaluated for potential permanent employment. **Required Location** Applicants must be available to attend the office in Comas in person. **How to Apply** Submit an updated CV along with a portfolio of relevant work in SEO or digital marketing.
