A company in the construction sector is looking for a **Construction Site Assistant** to join a building project, providing technical support both on-site and in the office, ensuring compliance with the Technical File, current regulations, and established deadlines. **Profile Requirements** **Education** * Graduated and/or licensed in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or **Technical Building Programs**. **Experience** * **Minimum of 2 years** in the execution of public **building projects** (schools, hospitals, institutes, educational centers, public infrastructure). * Desirable additional experience in **building projects**. **Technical Skills** * **Intermediate to advanced proficiency** in **AutoCAD**, **MS Project**, and **S10**. * Knowledge of the **Regulations of the State Procurement Law – Construction Chapter**. * Strong ability in **reading and interpreting blueprints** (architecture, structures, installations). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Excel required). * Understanding of construction processes, quantity surveying, and site control. * Experience preparing change orders, deductions, and time extensions. * Experience developing construction schedules.
