Position Summary: We are seeking a technician to manage, monitor, and optimize field operational and technical processes, with a focus on furniture installation and assembly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of manual and electric tools NIHM is a Peruvian furniture company offering everything needed to make homes, offices, or any space comfortable—working hand-in-hand with architects and designers. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, monitor, and optimize field operational and technical processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Furniture installation (melamine, dining tables, home and office furniture, among others). * Assembly of chairs and other products. * Support in basic touch-ups (painting/finishing). * Use of manual and electric tools (screwdrivers, drills, rotary hammers, routers, among others). * Support in installation work according to schedule. **Requirements:** * Technical education. * Basic knowledge of furniture installation. * Basic proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable but not mandatory. * Availability for fieldwork. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Teamwork * Willingness to learn and develop * Initiative to contribute ideas to the department. **Work Schedule and Location:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. \- Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (two Saturdays per month, on a rotating basis or as required) \- Availability to work in Villa El Salvador. **Employee Benefits:** Salary: S/ 2,000 \+ Objective Achievement Bonus Full statutory payroll benefits from day one.
