Be part of one of the largest and most important conglomerates in LATAM. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, networks and connectivity, or related fields. * 3 years of experience as a supervisor * Minimum 1 year of experience in corrective maintenance of external plant fiber optic networks (backbone networks, FTTH) * Minimum 1 year of experience in preventive maintenance of external plant fiber optic networks (backbone networks, FTTH), underground links and aerial links. * Experience in construction and maintenance of Coaxial Networks, Fiber Optic Networks (HFC/FTTH Networks), supervision and management. * Experience in managing technical personnel. * Experience in handling measurement instruments and equipment such as DSAM6300/ONX, OTDR, splicer, power meter. * Availability to work 70% in the field, 30% in the office **FUNCTIONS** * Coordinate all work with the client. * Availability for coordination, follow-up, logistics, and online reporting * Control and monitoring of scheduled and emergency jobs (time, cost, and quality). * Other duties assigned by superiors Job type: Full time, Part time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.3,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
