Main Responsibilities: \- Manage materials and tools required for construction sites, ensuring timely availability. \- Prepare technical proposals for project execution. \- Prepare detailed maintenance and project progress reports. \- Prepare budgets for corrective work arising from services performed. \- Supervise and validate work performed by minor subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards. \- Update and manage pending work orders and requests for spare parts or technician services. \- Address and coordinate client and internal team requests and requirements. \- Ensure technicians understand and correctly apply work procedures. \- Audit preventive maintenance activities and propose improvements to optimize established plans. \- Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Requirements: \- University degree in related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge of AutoCAD. \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00, with variable schedules depending on project location. \- Ability to travel to authorized locations as required by the project.
