JCB Mantenimiento y Proyectos S.A.C., a leading Peruvian company in comprehensive maintenance solutions, electromechanical projects, industrial installations, civil works, instrumentation, and control, is looking for an Electromechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic and continuously growing team. Key Responsibilities: \- Manage materials and tools required for projects, ensuring timely availability. \- Prepare technical proposals for project execution. \- Prepare detailed maintenance and project progress reports. \- Develop budgets for corrective work arising from services performed. \- Supervise and validate work performed by minor subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards. \- Update and manage pending work orders and requests for spare parts or technician services. \- Address and coordinate client and internal team requests and requirements. \- Ensure technicians understand and correctly apply work procedures. \- Audit preventive maintenance activities and propose improvements to optimize established plans. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Requirements: \- University degree in a related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge of AutoCAD. \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00, with flexible hours depending on project site location. \- Ability to travel to authorized locations as required by the project.
