At SUMAC, we are seeking an MEP Supervisor located in ICA for a building, residential, and real estate project. \- Review and interpret client requirements for integration of the submitted documentation package. ○ Review of the construction documentation package. ○ Submit and manage procurement-related documentation for specialty equipment required for the project. ○ Directly and continuously address any queries or observations arising during construction execution, in coordination with the Project Manager and Technical Office. ○ Directly and continuously monitor work valuations against specialty line items. ○ Review As-Built drawings during project close-out phase (within one month per the construction schedule). \- Conduct site survey and collect land information. Requirements: Graduated Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields. Experience as Specialty Supervisor (IIEE, ACI, IIMM, IISS, IICC, DACI) in construction supervision. Experience in retail projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. Licensed and duly registered with the professional association.
