We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **TECHNICAL DIRECTOR** who possesses time management skills, leadership, and assertive communication. **Requirements:** University degree holder and licensed professional in pharmacy and biochemistry Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. Minimum of 6 months of experience as a formulator. Knowledge of GMP / GDP / GLP Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** · Supervise the preparation of pharmaceutical products such as magistral formulations and dermocosmetic products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. · Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements. · Supervise the work team and provide continuous training. · Ensure that all processes within each department are carried out correctly. · Supervise the maintenance of accurate records for all preparations, enabling traceability of raw materials and packaging components (GMP). · Ensure that the pharmaceutical facility meets necessary hygiene, safety, and operational standards for proper drug manufacturing. · Control the maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent contamination or errors during production. · Ensure proper management of technical documentation related to magistral formulas, including prescriptions, quality and safety reports, and batch preparation records. · Ensure documentation is available and up to date for audits and regulatory inspections. · Collaborate in the research and development of new formulas and customized medications based on specific client needs. · Assess potential risks associated with preparations by conducting stability, safety, and efficacy tests. · Serve as the contact point with regulatory and public health authorities to comply with regulations and pass inspections. · Manage the acquisition and renewal of licenses and permits related to the operation of the pharmaceutical facility. · Comply with and enforce Good Pharmaceutical Practice (GPP) standards. **Benefits:** Continuous training Career advancement opportunities Positive work environment Corporate discounts Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
