




**Purpose:** Ensure proper technical and administrative project management, guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards, deadlines, and cost requirements. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Prepare and validate quantity take-offs and cost analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency with drawings and technical specifications. * Develop detailed budgets through a thorough assessment of proposals and scopes submitted by subcontractors. * Apply knowledge of unit price analysis (UPA) to ensure competitiveness and accuracy in cost estimation. * Perform quantity take-offs using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit when necessary, optimizing precision in material quantification. * Maintain up-to-date awareness of market costs, incorporating monthly variations published in the *Costos* magazine to ensure budgets reflect current realities. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in technical offices, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for construction projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Unit price analysis (UPA) — Mandatory * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) and Revit (Desirable). * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Desirable) * Applicable technical regulations. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication and teamwork.
