A construction sector company is seeking a Technical Office Manager for a construction project, with solid experience in technical, contractual, and administrative management of building construction projects. Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the Professional Engineering Association, and duly authorized. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project execution. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Technical Office, contract coordination, or administration of public works contracts. Proven experience in: preparation and management of valuations; additional works; detailed quantity take-offs and deductions; time extensions; physical–financial control of construction projects. Knowledge of: The Public Procurement Law and current regulations. Technical files, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysis. Construction scheduling and control. Procurement processes on construction sites. ERP S10 (intermediate–advanced level). Intermediate-level Excel. Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
