Monitoring of opportunities on government platforms A company specializing in consulting and construction supervision is seeking a **TENDER ANALYST**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tender-related roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Basic knowledge of technical, legal, and financial documentation. * Knowledge of public procurement (MANDATORY). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tender Proposal Preparation: Assemble, review, and submit technical and financial proposals for public and private tenders. * Opportunity Search and Monitoring: Conduct ongoing searches and tracking of tender announcements and proposals on relevant government platforms (e.g., SEACE or equivalent platforms). * Contract Management: Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and office documentation. * Organization of Certificates and Credentials: Collect, verify, and organize project completion certificates and experience certificates of the company’s specialists and professionals. **Working Hours** Working Hours: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
