Main Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to management. * Organize and maintain up-to-date administrative and commercial documentation. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational activities. * Supervise and monitor the field team (medical representatives, sales representatives, and promoters). * Conduct on-site field supervision to validate routes, performance, and task execution. * Monitor daily reports and consolidate sales and activity data. * Identify performance deviations within the team and propose corrective actions. * Support the delivery of training sessions, meetings, and objective tracking. * Carry out external tasks and operational duties as required. Required Profile: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Management, or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions and/or team supervision (preferred). * Knowledge of sales or commercial processes is desirable. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Clear communication, firm demeanor, and solution-oriented attitude. * Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). * Willingness to travel to the field when required (mandatory). * Strong willingness to learn, train, and follow established procedures. * No hesitation in taking on challenges, changes, and new responsibilities.
