Working in a positive work environment Xentic SAC, a technology solutions integration company, is looking for professionals to join its IT Services team. Job Profile Job Title: IT Analyst Work Area: Projects Department Reports To: IT Projects Manager Education: Engineer, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified technician. Minimum 2 years of experience Experience in Information Technology, networking, or IT security: o Knowledge of Microsoft server configuration o Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization systems o Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365 o Knowledge of Azure o Knowledge of Backup Solutions (Veeam Backup and/or Acronis preferred) o Knowledge of Security Solutions such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Switches, Routers, etc. o Intermediate English (preferred) o Technical certification in Networking, IT Security, or Microsoft products (preferred) Job Mission This position aims to deliver specialized support for the various technology products commercialized by the company and to comply with the company-established processes and procedures for managing IT projects. Responsibilities: • Technical pre-sales support for assigned technology solutions • Implementation of Backup solutions • Implementation of IT Security solutions • Implementation of Microsoft solutions • Preparation of project-related or support-related documentation according to company-defined templates. • Achieving certification on assigned products • Availability to work rotating shifts Position Relationships The IT Analyst interacts with both the IT and Commercial departments.
