Job Summary: The Multiskill Advisor is responsible for selling, providing support and guidance to Movistar customers, managing sales, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and processes The Multiskill Advisor is tasked with directly selling, supporting, and guiding Movistar customers, ensuring effective and solution-oriented communication. Their role involves managing sales, inquiries, complaints, and requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. · Responsibilities and tasks: Provide customer service, ensuring correct delivery of devices and SIM cards. Manage sales, contracts, and compliance with commercial protocols. Monitor inventory, device flow, and operational documentation. Track transactions and coordinate with internal departments. Serve customers via in-person and telephone channels, offering products and services. Stay updated on current campaigns, plans, and processes. Comply with company operational guidelines, systems, and tools. · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed secondary education. Knowledge and skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service and support, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite), effective communication, and conflict resolution. Experience and competencies: Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles within telecommunications; ability to work under pressure; customer orientation; empathy; proactivity; and teamwork skills.
