




Job Summary: You will provide operational support in the daily management of technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery while optimizing time, resources, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Task and work order management and monitoring 2. Constant communication with technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction 3. Preparation of operational and productivity reports Provide operational support in the daily management of technicians, ensuring efficient fulfillment of customer-requested services while optimizing time, resources, and service quality. Develop task schedules and assign tasks to technicians based on priority and service type. Monitor work order compliance and report deviations or incidents. Manage customer requests (ticket/service creation, tracking, and closure). Maintain constant communication with technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction and SLA compliance. Support weekly/monthly operational planning. Prepare operational and productivity reports. Escalate critical incidents and coordinate rapid resolutions. Monitor warehouse PPC request compliance. Track parts returns submitted by technicians.
