LOGISTICS SPECIALIST YHOMA INGENIEROS S.A.C. Yhoma Ingenieros S.A.C. is a contracting company specializing in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Installation of Environmental Monitoring Equipment. We develop industrial automation projects, photovoltaic and wind power systems, meteorological and hydrometric stations, electronic security systems, electronic instrumentation, and environmental monitoring. We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as: LOGISTICS SPECIALIST Job Objective Plan, coordinate, and control the company’s logistics activities, ensuring the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution, optimizing resources and guaranteeing compliance with established deadlines. Main Responsibilities • Manage domestic procurement processes and coordinate with suppliers. • Request and evaluate quotations for materials, equipment, and services. • Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and costs with suppliers. • Plan and control material supply for projects and operations. • Manage inventory control, warehouses, and company assets. • Coordinate nationwide transportation and distribution of materials and equipment. • Prepare purchase orders and track them until receipt of goods and services conforming to specifications. • Maintain an updated supplier database and evaluate supplier performance. • Prepare logistics reports, management indicators, and cost controls. • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Administration departments to ensure fulfillment of each project’s requirements. • Ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, or warehouse management. • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and procurement processes. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics management software (desirable). • Experience in engineering, construction, electricity, automation, or related sectors (desirable). • Availability to coordinate operations and travel related to projects. • Valid driver’s license (desirable: A1, A2B).
