Focus on business development and project control MDH, a leading company with over 60 years of experience in diamond drilling, is seeking top talent for its Business Development and Project Control department. Location: Campoy - San Juan de Lurigancho (On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: - Develop basic cost models (Capex/Opex) for proposals and tenders. - Prepare and update Unit Price Analyses (UPA) for materials, labor, and equipment. - Perform quantity take-offs and volumetric calculations based on drawings and technical specifications. - Manage and conduct economic evaluations of supplier and subcontractor quotations. - Update cost reporting tools and dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mining Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in cost support roles (Assistant/Professional Intern) within mining, construction, or engineering sectors. - Tools: Advanced MS Excel and Advanced/Intermediate-High Power BI (mandatory). Knowledge of S10 (desirable). - Competencies: Numerical rigor, attention to detail, and proactivity.
