We aim to continue incorporating more solutions for the Peruvian market. **Job Objective:** The primary objective is to perform diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Garmin smartwatches, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality in compliance with the manufacturer's official protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose hardware and software faults in Garmin smartwatches and sports watches. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including replacement of authorized components such as displays, batteries, and sensors. * Conduct functional tests for GPS, connectivity, and sensors, validating synchronization with Garmin Connect. * Update and configure firmware strictly following the brand's guidelines. * Record diagnoses and results in the internal system and issue warranty technical reports. * Provide specialized technical support to the customer service department when required. * Meet service-level agreement (SLA) response times and established quality indicators. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in technical service for electronic devices or wearables.
