Strategic focus on reducing turnover and improving productivity We seek an HR Manager with experience in operational staff management, responsible for leading recruitment processes, payroll administration, labor compliance, and monitoring of indicators such as turnover and absenteeism, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Law (with labor specialization). Postgraduate diploma or specialization in HR management. Courses in Peruvian labor legislation. Key Technical Knowledge: Peruvian labor legislation: Employment contracts (all regimes), dismissals and disciplinary measures, working hours, overtime, rest periods. Operational staff management: Mass recruitment via traditional and non-traditional channels, managing high turnover, attendance control (tardiness, absences). Occupational safety and health: Coordination with occupational safety and health (OSH) teams, handling workplace incidents, regulatory compliance. Experience: 4–6 years in HR. 2–3 years leading an HR department. Key experience in: Service companies (cleaning, security, construction, outsourcing), management of operational staff (not just administrative staff), handling labor inspections. Skills: Hard HR management: Order and control, handling labor conflicts, application of sanctions. Soft HR management: Effective communication, empathy with operational staff, workplace climate. Strategic management: Reducing turnover, improving productivity, alignment with operations. Analytical and problem-solving capability.
