Job Summary: We are seeking Field IT Technicians to provide technical support for the implementation, installation, and maintenance of technological equipment at corporate client sites. Focus on quality and customer service standards At 386 SMART S.A.C., a leading company in technological leasing solutions and specialized support, we are currently looking for Field IT Technicians for our operations in provincial areas (Arequipa, Cusco, Juliaca, and Puno). Job Objective: To provide field technical support, ensuring correct implementation, installation, and maintenance of technological equipment at corporate client sites, in compliance with organizational quality standards and SLAs. Job Conditions: - 100% field-based work. - Availability for travel within the assigned province. - Possible trips to nearby areas depending on operational needs.
