Training in safety and construction site procedures CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORKER YHOMA INGENIEROS S.A.C. Yhoma Ingenieros S.A.C. is a contracting company specialized in Environmental Measurement Equipment Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Installation. We develop industrial automation projects, photovoltaic and wind power systems, meteorological and hydrometric stations, electronic security systems, electronic instrumentation, and nationwide environmental monitoring projects. We are currently seeking personnel to fill the position of: CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORKER Position Objective Provide support in executing civil works related to infrastructure installation for environmental monitoring systems, renewable energy, automation, and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities • Perform excavation, leveling, backfilling, and soil compaction tasks. • Assist in constructing foundations, concrete bases, conduits, and civil structures. • Carry out masonry, formwork, and basic finishing work as required by the project. • Assist in installing poles, towers, cabinets, and structures for monitoring equipment and electrical systems. • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on-site. • Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. • Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. • Perform other tasks assigned by the site supervisor. Requirements • Completed secondary education. • Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or similar projects. • Basic knowledge of masonry, concrete, and earthmoving tasks. • Ability to perform fieldwork and physically demanding activities. • Willingness to travel and work in various regions across the country. • Desirable experience in electrical installations, telecommunications, or structural assembly projects.
