Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to plan, supervise and optimize environmental sanitation and cleaning services, leading field teams and ensuring quality standards. Ensure compliance with quality standards and current regulations We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience in environmental sanitation and cleaning, responsible for planning, supervising and optimizing operational services, leading field teams and ensuring compliance with quality standards and current regulations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with valid professional registration and license. Specialization in environmental sanitation or environmental health, and courses in operations management or logistics. Key Technical Knowledge: Environmental sanitation. Pest control (IPM – Integrated Pest Management). Disinfection and insecticide application. Safe use of biocides. Occupational Safety and Health. Knowledge of Peruvian sanitary regulations related to DIGESA, DIRIS and other relevant authorities. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in cleaning, facilities management or sanitation companies. 2 years leading operational teams. Specific experience in: Management of operational staff (crews), on-site service supervision, corporate client relations. Skills: Operational: Route and service planning, indicator (KPI) monitoring, resource optimization. Leadership: Management of large teams (operators, technicians), conflict resolution, on-site supervision. Management: Results-oriented, cost control, achievement of performance indicators. Analytical and problem-solving ability.
