Main Responsibilities Lead and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. Supervise quality control processes in receiving, production, and finished goods. Manage internal and external audits. Implement corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions. Analyze quality indicators and prepare management reports. Coordinate handling of customer complaints and requirements. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and quality standards. Lead the quality team and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within the metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and quality management tools. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, welding, and machining. Proficiency in management indicators and quality audits.
