Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive technician for technical support, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment, networks, CCTV, and air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 3. Installation and configuration of computers and printers Responsibilities - Providing technical support to users. - Installing and configuring computers and printers. - Performing preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. - Performing basic installation and configuration of CCTV cameras. - Verifying network cabling and connectivity. - Assisting with basic air conditioning installation and maintenance. - Installing software and operating systems. - Handling technical incidents. - Preparing basic reports. Requirements Technical studies in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of: Technical support. Networks. CCTV cameras. Air conditioning. Windows and Office applications. Responsible and proactive attitude. Ability to work in a team.
