Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to provide user assistance, perform equipment maintenance, install software, and address technical incidents, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users and equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software 3. Installation and configuration of equipment, networks, and CCTV cameras Responsibilities - Provide technical support to users. - Install and configure computers and printers. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. - Perform basic installation and configuration of CCTV cameras. - Verify network cabling and connectivity. - Assist with basic air conditioning installation and maintenance. - Install software and operating systems. - Address technical incidents. - Prepare basic reports. Requirements Technical studies in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of: Technical support. Networks. CCTV cameras. Air conditioning. Windows and Office applications. Responsible and proactive. Teamwork skills.
