We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart of change. **What Will You Do in This Role?** Your mission will be to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and observable machine learning pipelines, models, and services. * Ensure analytical solutions operate reliably, securely, and deliver measurable business impact. * Participate in integration with **Data Engineering**, **DevOps**, and Product teams. * Collaborate on managing scalable AI projects aligned with corporate architecture. **What Are We Looking For?** **1\. Technical Competencies:** * **Languages and Data:** Proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**; experience with **BigQuery** and **Power BI**. * **Infrastructure and Containers:** Hands-on experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes**. * **Automation and IaC:** Experience with **Terraform**, Git, and **CI/CD** pipelines. * **MLOps Ecosystem:** Experience with **MLflow**, **Feature Store**, and tools for monitoring **drift** and model performance. * **Cloud Computing:** Strong foundation in cloud architecture, with preference for **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** and **Vertex AI**. **2\. Desired Education and Certifications** * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * **Recommended Specialization:** Studies in MLOps, DevOps, or Data Engineering. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in the same or similar roles (Mid-level). **3\. Soft Skills** * Systems thinking and scalability-focused mindset. * Ability to solve complex technical problems. * Clear and effective technical communication across diverse profiles. * Disciplined documentation of standards and configurations. * Teamwork and proactivity in anticipating technical risks (e.g., drift, technical debt). **4\.
