Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior professional with experience in Salesforce and GTM to design and deliver scalable systems. Key Highlights: 1. Senior Role in Pet Health, 100% remote. 2. Development of scalable GTM systems and automated workflows. **Seeking Candidates** **Location:** Remote (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica) **Seniority:** Senior (5+ years of experience) **English Level:** C1 (Mandatory) **Salary:** USD 3,000 – 5,000/month **Industry:** Pet Health (Pet Healthcare) **Work Model:** 100% Remote Important Note: Both daily job functions and the interview process will be conducted entirely in English. Therefore, fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement. **Required Skills** * Salesforce Sales Cloud / Salesforce Flow / Apex * GTM (Go-to-Market) processes * HubSpot * Zuora (Finance) * Integration tools (Make, Zapier) **Requirements** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of solid track record. * **Mandatory Certifications:** Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Platform Developer I. * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes within B2B or SaaS product-led growth (PLG) environments. * **Key Tools:** Proven experience with **Zuora** (Finance) and **HubSpot** (Marketing). * **Integrations:** Expert-level proficiency with tools such as Make (Integromat) and Zapier. * **Salesforce Proficiency:** Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative tools, adhering to automation best practices. * **Data & Connectivity:** Familiarity with CRM systems, data models, APIs, and SQL. * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to design and deliver scalable GTM systems and automated workflows. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **Spanish**. **Desirable (Nice-to-haves)** * Prior experience in startups.
