We are looking for a **Senior Security Assets Engineer** to lead the identification, classification, and protection of critical assets in hybrid ecosystems. We believe technology is the engine, but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be strategic: to lead the inventory and protection process for the company’s physical, technological, and industrial infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in defining and improving governance policies (**SIC Governance**), ensuring every critical asset is validated and aligned with the most rigorous international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Asset Governance:** Propose and optimize the methodology for managing information, IT, and OT assets under **ISO 27001 and NIST CSF** frameworks. * **Inventory Leadership:** Lead the identification and collection of assets across all areas, maintaining a technical and validated inventory. * **Risk Management:** Lead risk analysis for critical assets and coordinate vulnerability remediation plans. * **Impact Classification:** Define the vital importance of assets based on their impact on business processes. * **Systems Integration:** Ensure asset visibility through integration into **GRC and CMDB** platforms. **What are we looking for in you?** **Technical Competencies and Experience:** * **Background:** Proven experience in Security Governance, IT Auditing, or Critical Asset Management (**Senior/Lead level**). * **Hybrid Environments:** Technical experience in **Cloud, On\-premises, OT networks, IoT, and SCADA systems**. * **Frameworks:** Expert-level proficiency in implementing **ISO 27001 and NIST CSF**. * **SAP Security:** Knowledge of SAP security and its interaction with business processes. * **Methodologies:** Experience working under **Agile** frameworks. * **Tools:** Advanced expertise in **MS Office (Advanced Excel)** for inventory management and reporting. * **Languages:** English at **Intermediate** level. **Valued Certifications** * CRISC, CISM, CCSP, GIAC GICSP, or ITIL 4 Practitioner. **Soft Skills:** * Ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary teams. * Communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. * Analytical thinking to structure complex inventories and generate KPIs. **What do we offer?** * **Total Flexibility:** Hybrid work mode adapted to the project (Reference: Miraflores). * **Real Growth:** Career path based on your performance and seniority. * **Feedback Culture:** Close mentoring and continuous learning. * **Impact:** Leadership in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (**GRC**) process for critical assets. * **Corporate Benefits:** Specialized contract under **IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation**. **Are you ready to lead the protection of the assets that drive industry?** We are not looking for just a technical manager, but for a governance-minded leader capable of transforming asset visibility into operational resilience.
