We champion technological innovation and continuous improvement. **The Role** We seek an IT Infrastructure Analyst responsible for administering, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s hybrid technology environment (cloud and on-premise), ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical business systems. **Your Responsibilities** * Monitor infrastructure (AWS, on-premise servers, networks, and connectivity links) * Manage and optimize cloud resources (FinOps) * Administer IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses) * Oversee managed service providers (MSPs) and SLA compliance * Implement and maintain security and cybersecurity policies * Manage access and identities (Active Directory and AWS IAM) * Configure networks, VPNs, firewalls, and network segmentation * Handle Level 2/3 incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) * Manage changes using ITIL methodologies * Execute business continuity tests (backups and DRP) * Document processes, configurations, and technical procedures **Knowledge and Experience** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields * Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) * Technical support experience, preferably in banking or insurance **Required Knowledge:** * AWS (CloudWatch, resource management) * Active Directory and AWS IAM * Networks, connectivity, VPNs, and firewalls * Incident and change management (ITIL) * Information security and system hardening **Desirable (not mandatory):** * ITIL, CCNA, or cloud-related certifications * Experience with sector-specific regulations (SBS) **Your Profile** * Customer orientation and service mindset * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize * Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability * Stress tolerance * Integrity and confidentiality **What We Offer** * Job stability * Professional development in advanced technological environments * Participation in strategic projects * Positive work environment Apply now Send your CV to: krosales@holdingmetafin.com Subject line: “IT Infrastructure Analyst – [Your Name]” Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
