Job Summary: We are seeking a Knowledge Engineer (RAG Data Engineer) to transform unstructured data into knowledge assets for AI agents in the Banking sector. Key Highlights: 1. Design and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. 2. Management of unstructured data for consumption by LLMs. 3. Creation of data pipelines for AI agents. DESCRIPTION **On behalf of our client in the Banking sector**, we are seeking a **Knowledge Engineer (RAG Data Engineer)** to serve as the bridge between data and AI. You will be the architect responsible for transforming unstructured data into knowledge assets, ensuring that AI agents access accurate and optimized sources in real time via RAG architectures. ### **Responsibilities:** * **RAG Specialist:** Design and optimization of *Retrieval\-Augmented Generation* architectures. * **Unstructured Data Management:** Processing, cleaning, and curation of documents and logs for consumption by LLMs. * **Data Pipelines:** Creation of data pipelines that serve as tools for AI agents. * **Cloud Integration:** Management of information sources in scalable environments. REQUIREMENTS ### **What Are We Looking For?** * **AI & Data:** Minimum **1 year** of experience with RAG solutions and **3 years** as a Data Engineer. * **Technology Stack:** Preferred experience with **Azure** and **Azure Databricks**. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading proficiency). * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (open to non-graduates with solid experience).
