Career path opportunities and professional development. **VMWARSIS S.A.C.**, a leading company in telecommunications and electronic security with over 10 years of market experience, is currently seeking a Networking Specialist to join our team of professionals. **Responsibilities** * Administer and configure Layer 3 switches, routers, and WiFi networks. * Implement and maintain data center infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, routing protocols). * Ensure network security through monitoring, access policies, and intrusion detection. * Provide technical support and solutions to corporate clients for telecommunications projects. * Participate in the design and execution of metropolitan and SMB network projects (wireless, copper, fiber optic). **Requirements** * Academic background: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science and Information Technology (professional license and registration required for senior-level candidates). * Experience: * Junior: Minimum 2 years in network administration and support. * Senior: Over 8 years in telecommunications and security projects. * Desired certifications: * Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE). * CompTIA Network\+. * Fortinet NSE or equivalent security certifications. * Cloud networking certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF protocols. * Availability for rotating shifts and data center on-call duties. **We Offer** * Employment at a company with over 120 approved projects and 35 international certifications. * Ongoing training in cutting-edge networking and electronic security technologies. * Career path opportunities and professional development. * Market-competitive remuneration and corporate benefits.
