Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Professional to ensure quality control in construction projects, implement the QMS, and manage technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for quality towards the client. 2. Ensures quality control across various specialties. 3. Implements the Quality Management System (QMS). At Imagina, we are currently seeking a Quality Professional. The main responsibilities include: * Acting as the client’s point of contact regarding quality matters. * Ensuring quality control across different specialties by verifying compliance with technical specifications, drawings, descriptive memos, and finish schedules, using the IMAGINA Tolerance Manual as the release criterion. * Daily scheduling of release activities. * Coordinating with the Production Engineer to register protocols (Quality Cloud Forms). * Managing documentation of the project’s technical file (drawings, technical specifications, finish schedules, RFIs, etc.). * Archiving and maintaining quality records, and compiling the Quality Dossier. * Tracking the resolution of non-conformities and ensuring implementation of corrective actions. * Verifying and recording applicable measurement and functional tests for the project. * Implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) on the project. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in construction projects and 2 years in quality-related roles. * Bachelor’s degree or licensed engineer in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering at Junior level. Desirable: Postgraduate diploma in Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001:2015\), MS Project, and PMI. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * \*Availability: Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. \- 4 p.m.; Saturday: 8 a.m. \- 1 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
