Job Summary: We are seeking a RevOps Developer (GTM Engineer) to design and deliver scalable GTM systems and automated workflows, with a focus on Salesforce and GTM processes. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish **Seeking candidates for the RevOps Developer (GTM Engineer) role** **Location:** Remote (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica) **Seniority:** Senior (5+ years of experience) **English Proficiency:** C1 (Mandatory) **Salary:** USD 3,000 – USD 5,000 per month **Industry:** Pet Health **Work Model:** 100% Remote Important Note: Both daily job functions and the interview process will be conducted entirely in English; therefore, fluent English proficiency is mandatory. **Required Skills** * Salesforce Sales Cloud / Salesforce Flow / Apex * GTM (Go-to-Market) processes * HubSpot * Zuora (Finance) * Integration tools (Make, Zapier) **Requirements** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of solid experience. * **Mandatory Certifications:** Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Platform Developer I. * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes in B2B or SaaS product-led growth (PLG) environments. * **Key Tools:** Proven experience with **Zuora** (Finance) and **HubSpot** (Marketing). * **Integrations:** Expert-level proficiency with tools such as Make (Integromat) and Zapier. * **Salesforce Mastery:** Advanced experience in Salesforce Flow and declarative tools, following automation best practices. * **Data & Connectivity:** Familiarity with CRM systems, data models, APIs, and SQL. * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to design and deliver scalable GTM systems and automated workflows. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **Spanish**. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior startup experience.
