**Important Information** Location: Peru Work Mode: Remote **Job Summary** *A*s a ***Senior DevOps Engineer*** **(18250\)**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high\-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, implement, and support scalable Genesys Cloud and CCaaS architecture for enterprise contact center environments. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize complex telephony systems including PBX, IVR, CTI, SIP endpoints, and SBCs. * Lead incident, problem, and change management processes while collaborating with cross\-functional teams and external vendors. **Qualifications and Skills** * Professional/ Advanced English skills. * \+5 years of experience. * Advanced DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS). * Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Platform, CCaaS architecture, and telephony technologies including PBX, IVR, CTI, SIP, and SBC management. * Experience with monitoring tools, incident management workflows, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems. * Hands\-on scripting skills for automation and deployment (Python, Bash, or similar). * Knowledge of call recording systems, outbound dialer campaigns, and conversational flow design using Genesys Cloud Architect. * Familiarity with AppFoundry integrations, WFM tools, routing strategies, and omnichannel communication platforms. **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
