Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Creation and management of users in Hybrid Active Directory. * Password resets in Hybrid Active Directory. * Updating Azure attributes. * Updating groups in Azure. * Reviewing and resetting attributes in Azure. * Reviewing attributes in Exchange Online and Office 365. * Migrating on-premises Exchange mailboxes to Exchange Online. * Configuring and managing Cloud PC and personal device provisioning for enrollment in Intune, as well as their deprovisioning when required. * Deploying and updating desktop applications en masse for users or devices, ensuring everyone has the necessary work tools. * Using the admin console to generate detailed reports on device status, application performance, and security policy compliance. * Providing support and resolving issues related to device and application management affecting end users. * Opening cases with Microsoft and tracking them to resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university degree program (e.g., Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field). * Intermediate office software proficiency. * Knowledge of SCRUM (desirable). * Knowledge of Power BI. * Knowledge of ITIL. * Knowledge of Azure.
