




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with Human Resources experience, responsible for payroll preparation and management, social benefits, and labor procedures. Key Highlights: 1. High level of responsibility and confidentiality ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT \- HR EXPERIENCE **Essential Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of comprehensive payroll management experience. * Proven experience managing payrolls for **more than 200 employees** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of: * Payroll calculation for workers and employees. * Social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments). * Subsidies and procedures with EsSalud. * T-Register and PLAME. * Labor legislation. * **Proficiency in STARSOFT system (MANDATORY).** * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing). **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and monthly closing of payroll (for more than 200 employees). * Calculation and reporting of social benefits. * Timesheet control and validation. * Management of subsidies and medical leaves. * Vacation, loan, and deduction tracking. * Support in disciplinary processes and employment documentation. **Competencies:** * High level of responsibility and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Document organization and control. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. **Work Modality:** * On-site work. * Immediate availability. * Location: Callao Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
