Job Summary: We are seeking a condominium administrator to oversee its operations, personnel, resident services, and financial management, maintaining economic and social stability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive condominium supervision 2. Personnel management and resident services 3. Maintenance of economic and social stability Urgent hiring for a condominium administrator in the district of Comas. Requirements: Technical or university education; Bachelor's degree or graduate in administration, engineering, accounting, or related fields. Minimum 3 years' certified and verifiable experience in condominiums and/or buildings; emotionally intelligent personnel with no criminal record. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the proper operation of the assigned condominium, daily and continuous supervision of staff, reporting and activities to maintain the condominium’s economic and social stability; resident services; monthly financial statements; issuance of receipts; execution and supervision of maintenance tasks; delinquency management; software usage, among others. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Benefits include Small Business Regime (50%) and payroll enrollment from Day 1.
