




Job Summary: We are seeking an honest and organized operational profile to learn software company management by supporting administrative procedures, customer service, sales, and administrative organization. Active participation in customer service and sales with commissions We are GRUPO ALFANORT, a rapidly growing Peruvian technology holding company. Currently, we are launching our flagship service: SaaS Eficaz, a web-based point-of-sale and business management system. We are looking for our operational right-hand person — someone honest, highly organized, and eager to learn from within how software company management works. JOB CONDITIONS: Work Mode: 100% on-site at our office. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes two full hours of lunch/break from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.). Compensation: PEN 1,200 fixed monthly + direct commissions for each new store you successfully subscribe to SaaS Eficaz. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Procedures and Formalization: Direct support in document handling, basic SOL/SUNAT key management, and coordination with our accountant. Customer Service and Sales: Manage the company’s WhatsApp to quickly resolve inquiries, and actively leverage prospecting opportunities and your free time to close new subscriptions to our system (generating extra commissions!). Administrative Organization: Keep Excel reports up to date, maintain Google Drive impeccably organized, and draft basic contracts using templates. Virtual Support: Assist and coordinate customer training sessions via video calls. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU? Graduate or final-year student (technical or university level) in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, Accounting, Computer Science and Information Technology, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory; a short practical test will be administered). Genuine basic knowledge of RUC, SOL key, and electronic vouchers. Digital skills: You will use and provide support for a web system daily, so you must adapt quickly to technology and the company’s ecosystem (agile use of Discord, Thunderbird, and Google Drive).
