The position aims to ensure proper functioning of the company's internal processes, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic support to management. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Plan, organize, and supervise administrative, financial, and accounting processes. \* Manage institutional budget, cash control, cash flow, and financial analysis. \* Supervise compliance with tax and accounting obligations. \* Control accounting documentation, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and monthly reports. \* Coordinate payroll preparation, contracts, employee benefits, and labor regulation compliance. \* Lead personnel selection, onboarding, performance follow-up, and evaluation processes. \* Prepare management reports for senior management and propose improvements to internal processes. \* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and organizational best practices. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** \* Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Work Experience:** \* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions (coordination or leadership roles). \* Experience in technical, industrial, or service-oriented companies (preferred). \* Proven experience in team management, financial planning, and integrated administration. **Technical Knowledge:** \* Current labor and tax legislation. \* Accounting software (CONCAR, others). \* Advanced Excel and administrative management tools. \* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OHSAS (desirable).
