Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as managing project personnel and finances. Coordination and management of construction and technical personnel **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Certificates, courses, or master's degrees in HR management, finance, logistics, project management, cost and budget management, management systems, and safety * Minimum of 5 years' certified experience in similar positions * Immediate availability * Residence in Apurímac, Puno, Cusco, or Challhuahuacho **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and required quality standards * Supervise and manage the project budget and costs, ensuring achievement of the project’s financial objectives related to material procurement * Resolve issues and make key decisions regarding the project and personnel, following prior coordination\- Coordinate approval of entry for construction and technical personnel (on-site) and registration of new personnel * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including recording and monitoring financial transactions with suppliers while controlling the company’s cash flow * Consolidate monthly financial statements and ensure timely review with the accounting firm and general management.\- * Coordinate and ensure compliance with administrative and personnel-related documentation procedures and formalities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation for this position?
